Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of the first nights stay is required to secure the reservation. In the event of cancellation or you needing to change the dates of the booking, please let us know as soon as possible. This gives us the opportunity to re-let the room.

We welcome deposit payment made with debit and credit cards. If you have difficulty using credit/debit cards please call our reservations number and we will assist you +44 (0) 15394 37210

If you have to cancel your booking more than four weeks prior to your booking we will refund your deposit less a £25 administration fee.

If you cancel with less than four weeks notice and we able to relet your room we will refund your deposit less a £25 administration fee.

If we are unable to relet your room then your deposit will be forfeit.
